Description
DTF Station Lumen S24F 3D Embossed UV DTF Printer is a 24-inch / 60 cm 3D embossed UV DTF printer for shops creating raised branding on selected structured fabric accessories.
Paired with Image Presto, the workflow lets operators select the raised area visually, apply relief treatments, inspect a 3D preview and export named channels to NeoStampa.
The result is a more manageable path from ordinary customer artwork to dimensional output—supported by white ink circulation, auto-cleaning, alerts, sensors, static control and built-in purification.
What it is for
Raised, not flat
Emboss UV DTF gives a transfer real depth and texture that a standard flat transfer cannot.
Built for garments, not just rigid surfaces
Standard UV ink is formulated for hard, flat things and fails within a few bends on fabric or leather. This one is built to move.
Raised patches as a product you sell
A category most shops send out or turn down, brought in house and finished on the same press you already run.
AI-assisted 3D layering
Built-in AI turns flat artwork into layered, dimensional designs, so getting to a raised print is a step in the workflow rather than a separate skill to learn.
Fume extraction built in
Filtration is integrated, so the machine runs on an open shop floor without a separate extraction unit or ducting to install.
It looks after its own heads
White ink circulates and cleaning runs automatically, which is what keeps a UV machine consistent between runs instead of needing a routine before every job.
