Replaced my Epsom 1390 DTF with a Prestige R1. Setup was really easy with great step-by-step instruction videos... from printer assembly, maintenance guides and software usage.
Had one issue with the ink flow. The CCG team assisted same day and swiftly resolved the problem. Phenomenal after sales and technical support.
I highly recommend it for hobby enthusiasts or for start-ups.
