PMI Registration Tape

PMI Registration Tape is a specialized, transparent, low-tack clear film tape designed for multi-colour screen printing on manual or automatic presses. It helps screen printers align multi-coloured jobs quickly without wasting garments or test substrates.

How to Use It

1. Apply the Tape: Place the clear registration tape directly over the garment or test printing surface before printing your colours.
2. Print and Test: Print your underbase or first colour, then print the subsequent colours directly on top of the tape.
3. Wipe and Adjust: If a colour is out of registration, simply wipe or clean the plastisol ink off the surface of the clear tape, make micro-adjustments to your screens, and test again.
4. Final Print: Once perfectly aligned, peel the tape off cleanly and proceed with the production run on the garment.
