DTF Station has been hard at work making their Quick Glide Film even better, and V3 is the result of that dedication. This isn’t just a minor tweak—it’s a thoughtful upgrade designed to address real-world printing challenges. Here’s the lowdown on what makes V3 stand out:

• Softer Feel, Vibrant Colours: Quick Glide V3 feels softer to the touch, which is a big win for customers who value comfort in wearable prints like t-shirts and hoodies. Plus, the colour output is more vivid, ensuring your designs pop off the fabric.
• Consistency is Key: One of the biggest pain points in DTF printing is inconsistent colour across batches. V3 tackles this head-on with improved coating quality, delivering flawless transfers without those pesky “watermarks” or dots that can ruin a print.

Features:

1. Instant Peel: Even with hot peel, some wait time and rubbing are expected. Not with Quick Glide! Peel instantly after transferring with perfect results.
2. High Ink Loading Layer: Create breathtaking DTF prints with extra layers of colour or white for more vibrant colours and crisper prints.
3. Matte Side: Easily distinguish the print side.

Specifications:

• Thickness: 83µm
• Suggested curing temp: 125°C (257°F) for shaker machines and curing ovens (60 sec with curing ovens)
• Suggested transfer temp. and time: 130-140°C (266-284°F) for 10 to 15 seconds

Instructions:

1. Print the image onto the matte side of the film in mirror mode. (CMYK>>White Ink)
2. Apply hot melt powder evenly and remove excess powder.
3. Cure hot melt powder using suggested temperatures stated above.
4. Transfer the image by heat press at medium pressure with suggested temperature and time stated above.
5. Peel instantly! (remove the film gently)
6. Heat Press again at 137°C (280°F) for 5sec with medium pressure to enhance softer hand feel.
