Australian Shipping Information
Dispatch and Delivery
Orders to Australia are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse. Typical delivery times are 5–10 working days depending on your location, though this may vary and is not guaranteed. CCG may despatch orders in whole or by instalments. If delivery is delayed beyond 20 working days and your goods have not yet been despatched, you may cancel the affected order in writing without penalty.
Shipping Cost Per Order (Standard Shipping)
For an order where every item is under 4kg, the cost is NZ$39 (NZ$49 for Western Australia).
For example, if you order 100x DiamondCore Tools or 48x Amaco 472ml Glazes, you will be charged NZ$39 total for shipping.
There are additional charges for every product that is heavier than 4kg.

Large Equipment
Add NZ$1,000+ for each large equipment shipped
Therefore, if you add a 1 gallon (3.8l) bottle of glaze to your order, you will be charged
NZ$39 + NZ$100 = NZ$139
If you add 2x 1 gallon (3.8l) bottle of glaze to your order, you will be charged
NZ$39 + 2x NZ$100 = NZ$239
Custom fees and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer. CCG has no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country. Customs and Duties
Australian customers are responsible for all customs duties, GST (Australian), import taxes, and clearance charges applicable on arrival. These charges are not included in our prices or freight charges and are collected by the relevant Australian authorities or carrier.
Inspection and Damage
Please inspect your goods within 7 working days of delivery and notify us of any visible transit damage within that period. Retain your delivery documentation as this will help us process any claim. If you do not notify us within 7 working days, the goods will be deemed to have been received in good condition.
Your Consumer Rights
If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights under the ACL. For more information, visit the ACCC website at www.accc.gov.au.
Risk
Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and check the delivery.
