The particularly energy-saving refractory insulation and energy efficient backing insulation ensure that a maximum temperature of 1320 °C is reached with low electrical connected loads.
For professional use, we recommend the 400V 3-phase Increased Load Option or chamber kilns with heating from five sides.
Due to the high quality of materials and manufacturing, all Nabertherm kilns have a three year warranty. Kiln includes AC590 controller of choice and thermocouple, is crated and delivered ready to use to its full potential. No extra costs other than delivery.
Insulation
Our top loaders are equipped with energy-efficient refractory insulation inside the chamber and microporous rear insulation that allows you to reach a top temperature of 1320?°C (2408 °F) with minimum energy consumption.
- Three layers of high-quality 15 mm microporous rear insulation for top loaders up to 60 litres to ensure that you reach your firing temperature reliably
- Two layers of high-quality 20 mm microporous rear insulation for top loaders from 80 litres for a well-balanced ratio between energy-saving heating and shorter cooling times for the kiln
- Automatic lid lock upon opening for additional safety
Controller
- Controller with touch operation AC590 incl. cone firing assistant
Standard equipment
- Exclusive use of insulation materials without categorization according to EC Regulation No 1272/2008 (CLP). This explicitly means that alumino silicate wool, also known as “refractory ceramic fiber” (RCF), which is classified and possibly carcinogenic, is not used.
