Australian Shipping Information

Shipping Cost Per Order (Standard Shipping)

For an order where every item is under 4kg, the cost is NZ$39 (NZ$49 for Western Australia). 

For example, if you order 100x DiamondCore Tools or 48x Amaco 472ml Glazes, you will be charged NZ$39 total for shipping.

There are additional charges for every product that is heavier than 4kg.

Product Weight



Add NZ$40 for each 4-10kg product


Add NZ$100 for each 10-20kg product


Add NZ$200 for each 20-25kg product

Large Equipment

Add NZ$1,000+ for each large equipment shipped

Therefore, if you add a 1 gallon (3.8l) bottle of glaze to your order, you will be charged

NZ$39 + NZ$40 = NZ$79 (NZ$89 for Western Australia).

If you add 2x 1 gallon (3.8l) bottle of glaze to your order, you will be charged

NZ$39 + 2x NZ$40 = NZ$119 (NZ$129 for Western Australia)

Custom fees and taxes on orders may be charged by the destination country. These charges must be paid for by the person receiving the parcel. If delivery is refused, all costs incurred for the return of goods will be charged to the customer. CCG has no control over customs policies and charges, which can vary from country to country.  For further information, we recommend you contact your local customs office. To check import duties and taxes for your country.

Shipping Performance

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from point of order.  If there are supply issues, you will be notified within 24 business hours
  • Australian delivery time estimate from dispatch is 2-5 business days via DHL Express.
  • Outside of business hours, during public holidays and weekends, nothing will be shipped, as courier companies do not operate.
  • All orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This usually takes up to two working days.
  • Pick ups welcome between business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm). Payments are welcome to be made in store. 
  • Rural Delivery / Bulky / Heavy / Dangerous Goods orders may take up to 3 weeks longer.
  • Online tracking details will come to you by email once the order is collected & scanned by the courier.
  • All orders are sent out with insurance and online Track & Trace and must be signed for on arrival.
  • Goods will be shipped once payment has been validated and the order is accepted and invoiced by the CCG team.
  • Providing a business address is often quicker and more convenient.  We can not ship to PO box addresses.

Damage In Transit

  • Freighted/couriered items must be thoroughly checked inside before signing for your delivery.
  • Ensure all products are in good condition. 
  • If you suspect the product has been damaged in transit, take a photo of the box before and after opening, and keep the packaging.
  • As per strict courier company conditions, damaged items must be reported by the receiver within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for an insurance claim/replacement on the items.
