New Zealand Domestic Shipping Information

Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00pm on a working day are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability). Orders placed after 3:00pm or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. CCG may despatch orders in whole or by instalments.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates quoted in good faith and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times within New Zealand are 1–3 working days for urban areas and 3–5 working days for rural areas. If your delivery is delayed beyond 10 working days of the expected date, we will notify you. If the delay exceeds 20 working days and your goods have not yet been despatched, you may cancel the affected order in writing without penalty.

Shipping Cost Per Order (Standard Shipping)

• Auckland (Orewa-Pukekohe-Mareitai) $5.00 per order.  There are additional freight charges for products 10kg and over.
• Auckland Rural Delivery: $9.90 per order.  There are additional freight charges for products 10kg and over.
• Whangarei to Te Awamutu (excl Auckland): $9.00.  Rural charge of $5.00 will apply to rural delivery addresses.  There are additional freight charges for products 10kg and over.
• Remainder of North Island: $9.90.  Rural charge of $5.00 will apply to rural delivery addresses.  There are additional freight charges for products 10kg and over.
• South Island: $9.90.  Rural charge of $5.00 will apply to rural delivery addresses.  There are additional freight charges for products 10kg and over
• Waiheke Island: $39.90 per package.  There are additional $39.90 freight charges for products 10kg and over.

Inspection and Damage

Please inspect your goods within 7 working days of delivery and notify us of any visible transit damage within that period. Retain your delivery receipt or carrier documentation as this will help us process any claim. If you do not notify us within 7 working days, the goods will be deemed to have been received in good condition. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for latent defects or faults discovered later.

Risk

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery (when the goods arrive at your address and are ready for unloading). Please ensure someone is available to receive and check the delivery. For more detail, see our full Terms of Sale.

Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government action. We will keep you informed of any significant delays. If a delay continues beyond 60 days, either party may cancel the affected order without liability.

International / Overseas Shipping

International shipping is available on selected products. Freight charges for international orders are calculated at checkout or quoted on request. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges applicable in the destination country. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimates only.
